Faktor-Faktor Persaraan Awal: Tinjauan dalam kalangan Guru-Guru Negeri Perak

Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti dan membuat perbandingan motivasi persepsi guru terhadap dunia pendidikan pengajaran serta faktor-faktor persaraan awal dalam kalangan guru-guru negeri Perak. Kutipan data dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan campuran kuantitatif kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen soal selidik temu bual. Teknik pensampelan mudah digunakan bagi mendapatkan maklum balas daripada menjawab persoalan kajian peserta untuk Seramai 772 responden telah menyertai 73 mereka bersetuju ditemu Secara keseluruhan, hasil mendapati berada pada tahap yang tinggi manakala adalah sederhana tinggi. Guru berkhidmat lebih lama didapati mempunyai Terdapat enam faktor dominan dikenal ditemakan iaitu bebanan kerja, tekanan pentadbiran, persekitaran sosial buli, pelajar masyarakat, kecekapan kendiri prasarana. turut memberikan beberapa cadangan agar permasalahan dapat dikawal masa hadapan. Adalah diharapkan menyumbang kepada meneruskan khidmat bakti anak bangsa.
